A small booking fee is added at checkout and paid by the parent. It covers Stripe card processing and the platform fee. Your academy always receives the full registration amount.

What's the difference between the £249 setup and the £600 white-glove onboarding?
The £249 setup is self-service — you complete onboarding online in under 10 minutes with email support if needed. White-glove onboarding (£600 one-off) is done-for-you: we run a kickoff call, configure your squads and pricing, migrate existing player data, help with Stripe verification, and train your admin team. Pick white-glove if you're short on time or migrating from another platform.
What does the booking fee cover?
The 4.5% booking fee is added at checkout and paid by the parent — not the academy. It covers Stripe card processing (1.5% + 20p) and the AcademyOS platform fee (3%). Your academy receives 100% of the amount you set.
So parents pay more than the registration price?
Yes, a small booking fee is shown at checkout. For example, if your registration is £150, the parent pays £156.95 (£150 + £6.95 booking fee). Your academy receives the full £150. Parents are used to this — it's standard on Eventbrite, Ticketmaster, and similar platforms.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No contracts. The subscription is monthly and you can cancel anytime from your dashboard. The setup fee is a one-time payment.
Can I try it before paying the setup fee?

What payment methods do parents use?
Parents pay via card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) or direct debit through Stripe. All payments land directly in your academy's bank account.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data stays available for 90 days after cancellation. You can export everything (players, payments, attendance) at any time.
Can I add multiple coaches?
Yes — unlimited coach accounts with role-based access. Head coaches see everything, team coaches see only their squads.
